In 2008 and 2009 one of our dentists, Judy Beckerson volunteered with the Bridge2Aid dental training programme in Tanzania. Bridge2Aid is a dental and community development charity providing training programmes for Tanzanian rural clinical officers in emergency dentistry, as well as providing free treatment at the Hope Dental Centre in Mwanza.
Judy will be volunteering again for the third time in October 2009 and the practice will be supporting Judy in this venture and raising funds. Judy bravely completed a tandem skydive in June 2009 to help raise more funds for Bridge2Aid.
